Jim Downs is the team leader. Jim works directly with all buyers and sellers. Jim believes in a "no pressure" approach to real estate sales. His philosophy is to educate and guide clients, thus reducing the stress that can be felt during such a momentous occasion.

My philosophy as a Realtor is help guide you through the real estate transaction. I am not here to simply sell you a home, but provide you with the guidance to choose the home that is right for you. For both buyers and seller, my job is to be your "emotional buffer" between you and the market. I have built a successful business by offering knowledgeable, personal service to all my clients.
