  Staging is not simply de-cluttering the house or painting over outdated colors. Staging involves properly scaled size furniture placement, natural colors, current design trends, de-personalizing and proper lighting.  The goal is to give each room flow and purpose while helping the buyer imagine themselves living there. 

     Vacant homes greatly benefit from staging. The addition of furniture and props, helps create a spacious warm feeling. Photos of empty rooms not only look cold but small.  Buyers viewing pictures online have a hard time judging the size and scale of a room without the benefit of furniture. Empty bedrooms often look small and buyers dismiss them as inadequate.
