The days of having one photo to advertise your home are over! Consumers want as much information 
as possible to decide what listings to visit. The standard MLS listing accepts only 30 photos but we have a way to offer more. By adding an online album, we can offer an unlimited number of photos to some websites. The additional photo album has increased buyer interest in our listings.

Real estate videos are quickly becoming popular with buyers. We frequently use both multiple photos and YouTube Video to showcase our listings. This has helped our sellers receive greater web traffic and more showings.
It is important to have more than one photo in the MLS. The photos in the MLS album are fed to ten's-of-thousands of other real estate websites. Many websites display listings with multiple photos first, making those more likely to be "clicked". Consumers also filter their online search to display "only listings with multiple photos" like on Realtor.com
