Lock Box Access
We use the Sentrilock lock box system to give agents access to show your property. The system offers a convenient, yet, secure way for agents to retrieve the main entry key. An agent affiliated with the area MLS will have a smart card that interacts with the lock box on your home. The smart card must be updated daily via a computer card reader in order to be active. The updated card,
along with a personal four digit pin, activates the lock box to open.
Sentrilock offers more than secure access to the property. The system logs each visitors: contact information, time and date of entry and company affiliation. The lock box emails this information to us so that we track visits to your home. This enables us to request buyer and agent feedback about your property. Checkout the quick video below for a demo.
